Seasonal Flowers for a Winter Wedding

The Hellebore also known as the Christmas Rose is most abundantly in flower in January but can be found from December through to February. The beautiful earthy coloured plants have romantic names such as ‘Cinnamon Snow’ and will keep flowering in pots outside despite the cold weather. The flowers could be incorporated into a bouquet for an environmentally conscious winter wedding or used as original table centres in individual pots. They have been used beautifully as a hair accessory in this gorgeous photo from Louise Moon’s Natural Wedding Book. Karen is wearing the Libelule dress from my Sokuhatsu collection.
